After a day exploring NYC during the festive Christmas season, my family and I decided to dine at Ted's Montana Grill before heading home. Despite not having a reservation, the hostess kindly seated us in the cozy bar area. The atmosphere was inviting and the wait staff provided excellent service, ensuring our food arrived promptly. The manager and staff exhibited exceptional kindness by locating and shipping a bag of forgotten Christmas gifts back to me, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction.
