Tiny's Grill in Utica is a beloved local spot with reasonable prices, impeccable service, and delicious food. The Utica fish fry and cans and clams are must-tries for a taste of the area. The cozy atmosphere and excellent offerings make it a great break from chain restaurants.

We stopped in Utica for a night travelling through. We saw an ad and went to find Tiny's. The neighborhood was questionable but it was well lit. The food was bar quality, not restaurant quality.......so it was overpriced. The owner obviously puts a lot of work into the decor. It is pleasing. Unfortunately, we were served by a very crass blonde. That pretty much sealed the deal. Very unfortunate.
