I love going to this place for breakfast and dinner because the prices are low and the staff is super friendly. The home-cooked meals remind me of my mother's recipes and everything tastes just like comfort food. It's always packed, but that's no surprise given the great food and welcoming atmosphere.

We've been going to Tools for over 30 years with children and now grandchildren. We've always had great meals and friendly service. It's kind of like Cheers where everybody knows your name.

I am amazed by the poor reviews! We eat there several times a week, and are never disappointed! Food is always served hot and fresh, and all bakery items are fresh baked. We will continue to dine at this local gem!

Dressy casual my left toe. Very bad food. The lowest end diner-type place around. Nothing seems fresh or unprocessed.

I have eaten here twice last month and both times I felt sick all day. Service was very poor both times.
