We should've known pulling up to the parking lot on mid afternoon yesterday ( Easter Sunday) upon entering: tip off #2 was only 3 tables were occupied out of the whole back dining room, 1st negative a very sweet and pretty waitress took our drink order and got it wrong (for 4 people), 2nd none of the food was labeled and you had to just hope that you guessed it right, then you had to remove the heavy lids with nowhere to place them while you're trying to scoop out your food! Nobody in our party knew that the scrambled eggs were just that. The bacon was barely cooked and rubbery as opposed to nice and crisp. No condiments or napkins on the tables, had to ask for mustard and napkins. As a fairly large group of 6 or 8 people arrived they had to ask and wait for plates which were not where they should've been. Next we went or dessert no spoons for the chocolate mousse an no plates albeit paper for them. No variety of vegetables to be found at the buffet except cold salad, turkey was processed, omelets were good. In one word unorganized. The buffet food was just of average quality and someone chose to put ice cubes in the orange juice which was already from a concentrate and not real. We will give it one more try on Sundays for the polish buffet and pray that the foods are labeled and with somewhere to put those heavy lids from the hot food trays.
