From the moment I walked in, the warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The intimate, well-designed theater with its perfect acoustics made every performance feel personal and immersive, while the staff's genuine care elevated the experience beyond just the show. Though the menu had its quirks, the vibrant atmosphere and exceptional hospitality left me eager to return again and again.

The atmosphere at Triad Theater was just right, with great music, food, drinks, and exceptional service. A special shoutout to Russell for going above and beyond to make my experience perfect. I can't wait to come back and enjoy another show at this fantastic venue on the Upper West Side.
