My family and I dined at the restaurant Saturday night Oct. 29. Although we have had good dinners in the past our experience was less than acceptable. 1. The service was poor. portions of the dinner were not served until late in the meal when it was questioned. condiments were never brought or brought too late. Server was not attentive in general - refilling water, checking to see if we needed anything. Server spilled water on table and ended up in my lap and there was no compensation offered. 2. quality of food was poor. the chicken was overdone/dry/ and tough. mushrooms were burned. I brought my mother here for the first time hoping for a great experience and she was very disappointed. When we were leaving, even though I left a tip, when we walked by the server there was no thank you or good bye. Very disappointed in the whole experience after we drove 1 hour to get there.
