We stopped by during a quick holiday trip and were immediately welcomed by Sabreena, our fantastic server who made everything easy and enjoyable. The place is packed with Syracuse sports vibes, serves up seriously good chicken tenders (the Asian style has great flavor), and offers cheap drinks and a chill atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing after a long day.

During a recent stopover on our holiday trip, we decided to check out this cool spot nearby. The atmosphere was lively with sports fans and Syracuse memorabilia on the walls, and the service from our server, Sabreena, was outstanding. The chicken tenders were tasty, especially the Asian style, and the cocktails were reasonably priced. Overall, a great place for a casual meal or to catch a game with friends or family.

10/27/18. First trip to this location. Sat at a table to order and noticed grimy forks and knives at all 4 place settings. Server explained they had problems with the dishwasher earlier in the day and we politely asked for a manager. The male "manager" apologized and he promised we would get fresh utensils. Server came back to take our food order and then brought us "clean" silverware. It was fresh out of the dishwasher yet still dirty. No one bothered to even look at it or wipe it clean before dropping it at the table.
Now we're questioning how clean our drink glasses are and anything else coming out of the kitchen. We ask for a manager again and a female "manager" came over and told us again about the dishwasher problems and promised another (3rd set) of clean silverware and offered free dessert.
Finally clean silverware comes to the table followed by our food and the rims of every plate have greasy fingerprints on them.
We kindly asked the server for boxes, declined free desert, paid our bill and left with no appetite whatsoever or desire to ever return to this Tully's. Disgusting. Disappointed because we were looking forward to the great food they're known for. Hoping no one got sick from things not being sanitized properly.
