Tonight I indulged in some mouth-watering dishes from Maanas food truck at Staas Brewing in Delaware. The chicken tikka masala and lamb curry were bursting with fresh flavors and generous portions. I couldn't resist ordering extra naan bread to soak up all that deliciousness - definitely a must-try if you catch this food truck in town again!
