During a recent visit with my mom in February 2022, I indulged in a delicious egg dish topped with fresh avocados, eggs over hash browns and bacon, melted cheese, and a side of blueberry pancakes at a newly renovated local restaurant that offers a wide variety of breakfast options and friendly service.
