Dinner was an absolute blast with our amazing server Cheri (Karen), plus Tara and Brenda-so many laughs and way too much delicious food to finish! The short ribs were melt-in-your-mouth incredible, the steak burger and fries hit the spot, and that warm chocolate cake with the "red wine reduction" (we suspect cherry sauce) was the perfect sweet ending. Cozy vibes, friendly faces, and a Cajun flair in Hammondsport made for a night we're already itching to repeat!
