Amazing food!

Zero stars. Not hyperbole - the worst dining experience my wife and I have had in 11 years of marriage and with our three kids there to boot. This dining "experience" quite literally ruined our family's entire evening. Next to no empathy, no leadership walking the floor, thus no apology from a manager, and we shelled out well over $100 for a nearly THREE HOURS dinner to get a Buffalo chicken wrap 5 minutes after the rest of my family received their food. Boxed our food up and had to take our 2 year old home since it was already 15 minutes past his bedtime by the time we received our food. It was almost comical except it had my wife on the verge of tears. We spent half of our time here without a table despite a "35 minute wait". 7 minutes to bus our table. No silverware at the table. Never even got the ranch dressing we ordered for my daughter's food. I paid our $40+ bar bill and tip, but the entire service experience was so bad that I didn't even know if the guy would ever bring our bill.
With this horror show of a restaurant experience, I just assumed our meal would be comped. I mean, three hours with three kids 7 and under and we're boxing up our food as it's coming out?! I mean for the love of all that is holy; I ordered boneless wings that we never even received, and my wife ordered a beer she never got! So I threw a $20 on the table for the waiter - it wasn't entirely his fault, and I just wanted to be done with this borderline traumatic dinner.... Laughably -- for the second time the entire evening -- someone showed an actual sense of urgency! When the waiter saw I was leaving he sprinted out to make sure I paid. I have no idea if the wings or beer was deducted. The first shred of urgency was when the bartender came over to make sure she collected the bar bill we paid! Lol! No ask of how things were going, no ask if we needed anything (we did - like silverware? Condiments?), no apology. Just made sure she got the receipt. There were several amazing moments - one being a couple that walked in put their name right after us left to enjoy their night after dining... before we even had a table:.... The other - a large table next to ours -- who came in over two hours after us -- got a plate full of crab legs before we got pretzel bites that I had to order at the bar 35 minutes prior.
Just an absolutely remarkable evening! Never again! This is a first - literally the first negative online review I've ever left for any restaurant, product, or service in my entire life.
