I have been to this restaurant many times in the past on our yearly visit to Lake George. I have always looked forward to the prime rib there. It is delicious & reasonably priced. This year we were seated at a table by the air conditioning unit. It was freezing! We asked if there was anything that could be done about this, because we would go somewhere else rather than sit in an ice box. We were told that the blowers would be moved as soon as the table directly under the unit was vacant. When those people left other people were seated there. We were told that they did not want the blowers on them, so we were stuck. The service was very slow. It made for an unpleasant meal. As much as I enjoy the food there, I would seriously reconsider going there again. That's how cold we all were!

I love the Reuben sandwich but very few places have it or even know how to make one...this place has it and they KNOW how to make it. The other foods are ok, their homemade lemonade and ice tea is great. Friendly over the phone but not so much in person, not bad just not that warm welcoming feeling...but that's ok I go for the sandwich not the warm fuzzies...lol...Next time your out, get their Reuben, you won't be disappointed.
