Despite some poor reception while trying to order takeout, I was greeted warmly upon arrival, enjoyed fast and delicious food like tender pepper steak and flavorful egg drop wonton soup, appreciated the generous shrimp portions and fresh flavors, and have consistently had good experiences with Win Hing, making it my go-to for Chinese food, although I've found the ambiance to be just okay and the wontons to be average compared to other places.
