Great food - atmosphere could use improvement

order a full order of shrimp with lobster sauce, the container was large, but only 2/3 full, the rice container was
not full either, and the dumpling were so burnt, they were uneatable. Will NEVER eat there again. Bad food and
ripped me off with the quantity.
