Stepping inside, the warm glow and inviting aromas instantly enveloped me, creating a sense of comfort and anticipation. Woman at register was clearly not available to do her job. She couldn't/wouldn't answer any questions. I can't eat mayo so I asked if sandwich sauce had mayo. "I dunno" with an exaggerated I don't care attitude. Asked for sandwich w/o as I just wanted to eat and go. That was apparently too much trouble. Got back to the room and found sandwich loaded with a mayo sauce. They have no incentive to care. Shame on Harrah's and Chicken guy for allowing this! I did go back to ask for a replacement and watched same woman at register do this again and again. She looked like holding up the register was her job and customer was an inconvenience.

Chicken was very dry. Staff were very unpleasant. Not worth the money
