The Fashion District eatery offers delicious salads at a flat fee with no extra charges, and the staff is always welcoming and the atmosphere is spotless. I used to frequent Food Exchange for lunch when my office was located in the same building, and their weekly salad specials never disappoint. Despite some negative reviews, I must say that their burgers are truly exceptional and worth a visit if you happen to be in the area.
