ðŸ‘This is the second year of getting beef from 281 Meats- and they are "Spot On" in their cuts, recommendations, hanging time etc. Ryan and his staff do an outstanding job with all the ingredients and how they wrap and assist in the loading the beef. We are and will return to 281 beef locker- Thanks Ryan and team.
