During a recent visit to Pho Han Vietnamese noodle house, I tried the #1 Pho Dac Biet, which featured a generous mix of high-quality meats including flank, tendon, tripe, meatball, and rare beef. The broth was perfectly balanced and the noodles were cooked just right, making it a satisfying meal. The friendly service and welcoming atmosphere added to the experience, and I'm excited to return for more delicious dishes in the future.
