From a bengali foodie - if you are looking for authentic taste of kolkata biriyani with aloo in Washington state, Turmeric Kitchen is the place. No, it is not south style masala bhaat in name of biriyani. This is more like shiraz arsalan style. Hope this place stays and start buffet soon..
