Food is good. Wasn't very busy when we were there. Got our meals pretty quick. The owner likes to talk. Be prepared. He goes overboard with every customer in that way.

Amazing truly authentic BBQ with a nouvelle twist. I was impressed with how everything is made from scratch, even their own BBQ sauces. I can’t recall seeing Alabama White sauce anywhere here on the east coast. It’s a must try. Recent addition of chili is award worthy. BBQ Ribs, OMG, meat literally falls off the bone ! The best I’ve ever eaten. Brisket, wings, pulled pork and chicken, Burnt end baked beans, mashed potatoes , onion rings, corn bread and even the most amazing egg rolls won’t disappoint. All the portions are huge so definitely come hungry to this gem of a restaurant. Guy Fieri needs to bring Flavortown to this amazing family owned BBQ restaurant, Mostly Smoked in Manalapan NJ.

Meat was dry and tasteless. Coleslaw was flat and too much vinegar. Mac and cheese was cold but portions are large. Mixed bag.

The owner is trying too hard. He uses his charm and words to make the customers see his way only. He should just let his food do the talking and the atmosphere more then himself because the food is good.

It's fair. More of a takeout joint. Owner talks a lot.

Great addition to the neighborhood.
Brisket and pulled chicken is moist, delicious and smokified!! Baked Max and cheese and garlic parm mashed is homemade by mom quality. I can’t wait to go back and try their pulled pork and ribs as I was told they are amazing. This is a must go to place!
