Ordered and paid online to pick up at the store got there to find the doors locked and the drive thru around the building not moving. Called the ph # listed on my email receipt several times and finally got through to cancel my order I was told I would have to cancel myself that they couldn't. The next day I called my bank and they said since I used a debit it couldn't be canceled. Guess I am out of my money. Never again will I or my family set foot at Jack's again
