Very disappointed

Absolutely terrible service! It's a shame because the atmosphere is gorgeous, the location is convenient and the food is (typically) above average. Very pricey, so we expect a pleasant experience.
We would love to go there on a regular basis, but when we went last went for dinner, we realized that there was no wait-staff assigned to our table. We had to walk to the reception desk, multiple times and beg for water, bread, appetizers, condiments, etc.. Then for the finale we were informed, after we ordered, that our dessert was no longer available. We discovered that we had been charged for it on our bill! Really?
My husband and I felt very stressed out, actually angry, and disliked (!) throughout our pricy dinner.
