The diner exudes a cozy, small-town charm that sets it apart from chain breakfast establishments. My favorite dish is the farm skillet, a hearty and delicious choice. Today marked my first visit, and I found the food and service to be exceptional, exceeding my expectations.

I was over-charged on my first ever visit but did not realize it until the charge just cleared my bank. Our server was Miles; our order consisted of two ice glasses of water (free), Country Junction Skillet ($7.99), french toast ($5.99), and a side of bacon ($1.99). The total should have been $15.97 + tax but the bill was $23.65 (+ $3 tip)?! I don't know if we received the incorrect ticket (Miles wasn't attentive), if prices on the menu are incorrect or what.
There were other issues as well: the bacon was burnt, the shredded cheese on the skillet wasn't fully melted, the eggs were under-done, and the English muffin wasn't toasted. I had to go up to the register to ask for boxes because once Miles delivered our food, he delivered our check and never came back to the table!

I attempted to contact the restaurant three weeks ago and received no response.

This place is horrible. The food all tasted like weird oil. The place was gross, flies everywhere. Even seen what I think was a roach run along the wall. The kitchen staff looked like it was their first time cooking and I don't think any of them in the kitchen even speak English. At least the waitress was nice. But other than that it was tragic.

Fast service great burgers this place is definitely a great replacement for our closed Steak 'n Shake even better! Servers are friendly and do a great job
