Extremely disappointed! I have frequented this restaurant many times as a local. Brought guests here, etc. We tip very well even when things aren't right as we understand yall are still new but after this recent situation I am over it. I was over charged a week ago for seafood. Charged double for salmon. I called that night, completely understanding and was told someone would call me. Well now today for the 3rd time I've had to call after still no response, no refund etc and am told the same thing, someone will call you. The restaurant has NO voice-mail and clearly no accountability for theri mistakes. This is very unprofessional and they've lost a well paying good customer.

Amazing experience and dinner at Blue Heron. Good comfort food, nice ambience and great staff.. we'll definitely be back!
