The flavors of the empanadas and pernil truly stood out, with the pork so juicy and tender that extra sauce wasn't even necessary. The mofongo burst with rich seasoning and moisture, a pleasant surprise compared to drier versions I've had elsewhere. Generous portions meant I had plenty to savor the next day, and the casual, family-style ambiance made the whole experience feel warm and inviting.
