Extremely limited options for a $25 buffet. You had fried chicken wings and fried fish (both needed seasoning surprisingly--no salt at all) and crawfish. The rolls and dessert were from the local supermarket. Basic cake (loaf type cake). I did like the potato salad. I understand cutting corners but not for $25. I do wish then success and might order off the menu if I'm out that way again.
