I was looking forward to having lunch yesterday at The Beach House. I arrived around 11am and asked to be seated inside since I had my Grandbabies with me in their double stroller. The service after being seated was horrible. None of the waiters offered us water and after 10 or 15 minutes I asked a waitress if we could please have some water and she rudely look at me as if I was bothering her. We waited a few minutes more and decided this unwelcoming vibe was not worth the wait and left. We walked to Main St and enjoyed lunch at O'Malleys a family friendly good vibing restaurant were we are always treated like family by Bailey and the Manager. Very disappointed with your Vibe and service🥲

I recently visited The Beach House with high hopes for a satisfying dining experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing meals I've had in a long time. From the overpriced and poorly cooked food to the complete lack of concern from the staff, this restaurant failed on multiple levels.

To begin with, let's talk about the prices. I ordered a burger for a whopping $18, expecting a delicious, juicy patty. However, what I received was a charred piece of meat that was not only burnt but also devoid of any flavor. It was clear that no effort had been made to ensure a quality meal. Similarly, my dining companion opted for the steak salad, only to be presented with a plate of wilted, burnt greens and overcooked, tough steak. The entire dish was inedible and left a terrible impression.

Upon realizing the poor state of our food, we promptly brought it to the attention of our waitress, expecting some sort of resolution. Unfortunately, our concerns fell on deaf ears. The waitress appeared disinterested and unapologetic, offering no solution or even a simple apology for the subpar quality of the dishes. This lack of customer service was astonishing and showed a complete disregard for the patrons' satisfaction.

As a first-time visitor to The Beach House, I had expected a pleasant dining experience, considering the restaurant's reputation. However, the burnt food and the indifferent response from the staff have left me with no desire to ever return. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to charge such exorbitant prices for poorly prepared meals and then disregard customer complaints.

I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of The Beach House. There are numerous other dining establishments in the area that offer better quality food and attentive service. Save yourself the disappointment and find an alternative place to enjoy your meal.
