I really enjoy the food at China Ocean in Boonsboro. It has been a long time for our little town to have a good Chinese Restaurant.

The food is always good

My only complaint is the vegetables are always undercooked...almost raw. I've tried them 3 times now, and each time had the same complaint. Otherwise all the dishes I've tried are fresh and flavorful.
