I called in to order wings at BTJ yesterday 01/11/24 and a young lady answered the phone I began to place my order for 15 wings and told her my favors were lemon pepper and sweet chili pepper. she stated we do not have sweet chili pepper. I asked what other favors do you have. she call them out so fast so I asked her would she please repeat them. She stated that I can find them on the website I said would you please repeat the favors. She stated Its not my obligation to tell you the favors. So I hung up and went by there anyway. When I got in the store it was a young lady looks to be around 15 or 16 years old I asked her is the manager in and she stated he's not here I asked what is his name she said Frank. I went on and ordered my wings with the other associate that was there a young man that appeared to be very young. I got my wings and left the store. This behavior was unacceptable to have associates working that does not have manners. I will be contacting manager Frank to inform him of this.
