This issue all started earlier this week when I placed an order to go at McCalisters Taylors/Greer location via their online portal. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was no chilli for the nachos and no sour cream. When the kid returned with the cups of chilli. When I got to my residence, I noticed the cups containing the chilli were filthy, one was not full and neither contained any cheese. After calling the manager on duty, he apologized, refunded my money and offered me a free meal. When I called ahead to claim my free meal, a person, Jen, who identified herself as an Assistant Mgr. said she would prepare it and I could pick it up. When I arrived at the window to pick my order, I asked for Jen. Another woman appeared at the window who was not the person I spoke to on the phone. This other Asst. Mgr was arrogant and knit picky. I was never asked for a receipt until I got to the window. This order was placed via the online portal. They had everything they needed, from the attitudes I have encountered during other visits ranged from apathy, arrogance, and general disrespect. I told the knit picky Asst Mgr she could cancel the gratis meal and that I will NEVER be back.
