The Kung Pao Chicken I had from the lunch menu, accompanied by rice, a small but tasty egg roll, and fabulous egg drop soup, was ready in under 15 minutes despite the busy takeout-only service, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and overall deliciousness of the meal, including the other dishes we ordered like Pot stickers and Moo Gai Pan, making me eager to return next time I pass through Taos.
