Dinner with friends. Had call ahead and was seated immediately. Morgan was our server. She was gracious and attentive. It was a Thursday night and packed. You would have not known that since Morgan was readily available but not intrusive. Everyone's food was delicious. Our drinks were great cosmos and vodka/tonic. Will definitely come again.

Saturday night my husband and I visited this location, I can honestly say the other locations are much better! The food and service at this location sucked.
I ordered the stuffed lobster tail mashed potatoes, and soup. My lobster was OVERCOOKED I could hardly chew it my mashed potatoes lacked flavor and my soup was luke COLD.
My bartender (short guy beard with a ponytail) was not very attentive! My empty glass sat in front of me for 10 minutes he did not check in to see if I needed a refill and on top of that he failed to give water when we sat down. Overall a 2/10, will not be returning to this location.

Horrible carry out system. Tried to call and place order for about an hour. Numerous calls either did not go through or were told 'to try again later'. We called Conrad's. They picked up immediately. !!! Great service and Great crab cakes"¦ at Conrad's!!!
