I was blown away by the food at La Palma Express, especially the Jibaritos with pork and cubed steak. The owner, who cooks right in front of you, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable; I've never tasted authentic Puerto Rican dishes quite like this before!
