The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Liberty Plaza building, and while it may be a bit tricky to find initially, the effort is worthwhile. I enjoyed the large rare steak pho, which had a rich broth full of flavor, and my partner had the chicken pho, both of which were satisfying. The atmosphere was welcoming, with attentive service and a cozy ambiance that made for a pleasant dining experience.
