I visited a budget-friendly restaurant that may not seem impressive at first glance, but the salsa alone is worth a try. One of their signature dishes, the Enchiladas Michoacanas, features tender chicken cooked in a flavorful mild red chile sauce, wrapped in corn tortillas and topped with olives, avocado slices, sour cream, and queso fresco. To my surprise, the plate was adorned with pickled chilies and carrots that added an extra burst of flavor to the dish, which I found quite enjoyable.

Really great tasting and high quality authentic Mexican cuisine. The bonus is the owners are very genuine and nice folks.
