I have went three times to Lufkin Tx , Texas Roadhouse . All three times my steak was ordered medium, all three times has been sent back , still came back very bloody . Too raw to eat . The manager came and ask were they right after being sent back , we showed him how bloody they still were. She took $10.00 off I said oh no you want we couldn't even eat it and didn't . Finally she took just charged us for our teas. What a joke !!!
