had a terrible experience today in this restaurant. They charged me a higher price than what appeared on the menu. My hamburger came cooked at a temperature that I did not order. It came with a different side from what the menu said (instead of plantains, potatoes) the worst thing was that when mentioned the listan to the sheet, the person went to the kitchen and from outside the scandal that was formed was heard. Then everyone in the kitchen began to come out to talk to me one by one, trying to explain, but without making an apology. A total of 4 people came to my table. The money was returned to me (which I never asked for). Then a man who appeared to be the cook came out of the kitchen, dirty and in bad shape. He started telling me if the food was so bad why did I keep eating especially after the money had been returned which again "I never asked for it back". I felt humiliated and mistreated.
