The food was average Mexican food for the area. My dining companion had an issue with a charge on his bill. When he brought this to the attention of the cashier, he was blown off. He asked to see the manager and the cashier mumbled that he is the manager. He refused to address the issue. My friend asked who the owner is and he said "owner comes once a month". My suggestion to the owner is to come more than once a month because today he lost not one customer but a large group of frequent diners

I saw Riviera Maya introduced on Fox59 morning news. My husband and I decided to try it. It is now one of our favorite places to eat.If you like authentic Mexican food, you will love Riviera Maya. Food is great!!! Service is fast and friendly. Get there early or you will have a bit of a wait. It gets crowded in the evening.
