I had the pleasure of dining at Vera this week, and I must say, it was an extraordinary culinary experience. Situated in a charming atmosphere that perfectly blends the rustic warmth of Mexican culture with the exotic allure of Lebanese ambiance, Vera stands out as a unique gem in DC. The cuisine is where the magic truly happens. The fusion of Mexican and Lebanese flavors is a daring and successful experiment. Every dish I tried was a burst of unique and harmonious flavors.Vera should be at the top of your list. Don't miss the opportunity to indulge in the remarkable dishes like Mary's Calabaza, Shrimp Fritters, and Tuna Aguachile. Shout out to Dusan who was both waiting on us and making our drinks!
