After years of living in the French world, I finally took the time to learn to make crepes at the French Creperie in St. Louis, MO (Chesterfield). It was a fun evening organized by a French speakers' meet-up group. The decor, ambiance, and our production of sweet and salt crepes were available for only "haute" consumers. I strongly recommend it and will return soon.
