Despite the calm atmosphere during my visit, the dishes maintained a consistent, authentic taste that reminded me why this restaurant has become a favorite whenever I'm in Vegas. The noodles at this restaurant are deliciously spicy and satisfying. Despite the lack of crowd, the food remains consistently fantastic. It feels great to dine out again post-pandemic and enjoy some of my favorite dishes like Guiyang Spicy chicken noodle and Yunnan fried rice.
