Horrible service! The beef tips tasted like "old meat." We both had upset stomachslater.Not the first time we have had bad meat there. Waitress was more interested in eating her meal and socializing with other staff. The floor was filthy. Will never return!!

We took my grandma there for her 80th birthday, we made reservations. They had apparently scheduled another large party at the same time. The food took over an hour to come and when it did, it would be a plate at a time with a few minutes in between each. After an hour and 40 minutes, one of the guests had to leave for work, without his meal. At the 2 hour mark, I have up on getting my food. They were rude the whole time and kept blaming it on our party being large and them having two parties. As a customer, that is not our fault. They even made us pay for the 2 plates that never came.

We ate there on Sat. 11/7/15. I ordered a sirloin steak cooked "medium". Well I guess there idea of medium is pink in the middle at one end, well done in the middle at the other end and black as coal on the outside over the entire steak. I can't believe the cook or the server would even send out a steak that was that "BLACK". Tasted like burnt shoe leather. The baked potato was good. Kind of hard to mess that up. Don't think I'll go back. Not the first bad meal I've gotten there.

The food is just ok. The service is very poor. For the money it's not worth going to eat here.

I won't be back. I have been there 3 times and have yet to have a good experience. The food takes forever, the waitstaff acts as if they are doing you a favor by serving you (I guess they don't realize without customers the place would close down). Took my mother there and she simply wanted onion soup and a small salad, I had a meal. Her onion soup was so cold that the cheese didn't even melt and her salad had large pieces of brown lettuce. When I asked the waitress to replace the items, she huffed at me and said all of the lettuce was like that and she didn't know why we couldn't eat it that way! Really? I told her to feel free to help herself - but it was rotten. Sent the soup back and it came back just as cold. Asked to speak to the manager and was told there wasn't one. Another time the waitress carried out our drinks with her fingers inside the glasses - I told her I would appreciate a new glass. Sorry I don't know where her hands have been. Just over all rude.
I will drive to Greensboro or Asheboro for a decent meal - never going back here.

Had to wait one hour for our food AFTER we had ordered !! When I complained ...they were actually rude & blamed in on the fact that I was with a large party. I've been to eat with lg parties before at OTHER steakhouses & it DID NOT take an hour to get our food !! Don't blame it on the customers because you're not prepared for a Sat. night. We even had made reservations for our party ahead of time...they KNEW we were coming !! WILL NOT EVER EAT THERE AGAIN ...especially after blameing the delay on our food on us !!!!!!! P.S. My husbands's burger was so dry he had to drench it in ketcup to be able to eat it...I forgot to mention that to them....But my salad was good ...that was because I was about to starve !!
