Growing up in France, I have a deep appreciation for authentic pastries, and Patisserie Claude truly captures the essence of traditional French baking. The galette des rois reminds me of the ones I enjoyed as a child, and the pricing is surprisingly reasonable for the quality. Despite some changes in ownership, the pastries remain exquisite, and I find myself returning time and time again to savor their delectable treats.
