I i had a visit to this bakery store to buys some bbq buns. It had a 20% discount for the buns. I got 10% discount for almond cookie because I have a VIP member card. The 10% not apply on the buns because they have 20% discount already. When I gave my vip member card to the cashier, she didn't scan it for me to get the ponits. I ask her why and she said because I got special 20% discount so I can't have any points. I told her, that special discount is the optional promotion for end of the day sale but for the vip card to earn point we still can have it. She denied it and said I will talk to my manager. I wonder how about the almond cookie? I bought it without promotion discount. Supposed I still earn point for that purchase right? I'm not happy with the visit today. I will not go back to this bakery store again.
