Review for Dairy Queen in Big Flats NY
We waited 15 minutes for 2 blizzards today. We were the only customers waiting for our order inside at the time. Some staff were too busy visiting. My husband finally asked where our ice cream was and they gave it to us. It was melting. Management needs to be present and train some workers on how to pay attention to customers and their orders. Very disappointed.
