First weekend of September of 2023 the iconic Lascari's Italian Restaurant reopened as the renamed 19Seventy and the sticker shock of exorbitant higher prices as well as mediocre selection of food was extremely disappointing; The sad thing reality is bittersweet being most of the former staff who'd some worked as long as 27 years for the Lascari's family restaurant and nowhere are their customers favorite dish be it the choices on the former Early Bird Menu which had featured several delicious entrees of lasagna, grilled white roughy fish with three uniquely prepared sauces from butter garlic to lemon pepper or garlic picatta sauce"¦ With an unfaltering array of overpriced selection their new mainstay menu is poorly prepared and a garden salad isn't included and we were only given one tiny dinner roll as cold and hard as a brick without even a tab of butter to have with a bowl of soup"¦ It's a blessing the Lascari's Deli is located on Lambert Road with more of the loyal customers favorite entrees and all the scrumptious sandwiches and their fabulous
pizzas too"¦ Bon Appetite
