Had a pretty bad meal Saturday early evening at Bean House. Did the tortillas for two for $17.99 and everything was measured, skimpy and added charges for anything extra! Get this. We order and the waitress tells us "chips and salsa are $1 charge." Then with the meal, she gives us (for BOTH of us) a one ounce plastic cup of sour cream and a one ounce plastic cup of guacamole. The rice and beans were measured at less than 1/2 cup each! The meat was about 3 oz each! And no salsa was served. Unbelievable! Hey idiotic manager. If you want to chase customers like me away, just do something like that. It wasn't the waitress' fault that the meal was skimpy. Just raise the price a couple bucks and stop counting the beans. We won't be back. We should have used the $5 off coupon on that, to ease the pain.
