Tootsie's fresh homemade ice cream is delicious! They make their own homemade waffle cones, have a variety of toppings, sundaes, malts, shakes and Italian ice. The Holly Jolly Gingerbread is amazing! The value and size portion is very goo also.The ice cream parlour is decorated with a pretend play set and scooper for children to scoop their own pretend ice cream. They have a children's Kid's colorful table and chairs with coloring books for them to color in.
