This no-frills noodle shop serves some of the best hand-cut noodles and spicy broths in Austin, reminding me of authentic spots back in Asia. The cozy, small dining area fills up quickly, but the flavorful dishes-from the spicy lamb noodles to the flaky green onion pancakes-make the wait and smoky air totally worth it.
