The food at Kokonut Grill is incredibly delicious and the staff is so friendly. I was thrilled to see the return of the mac salad, and I hope they bring back the katsu too. The ambience at the Salt Lake City location is just right, with cool wallpaper and fast service making it a great spot for a tasty Hawaiian meal.
